Very nice, very nice. I see many things that I like about this photo. I like that it's in black and white. It gives it sort of a classy feel. 
I also like the sun peeking out over his shoulder. The rays are pretty. 
What I would say is that the tree kind of takes away from the silhouette of the person. I see in this photo two points of focus: the person and the tree. I'm assuming by the title that you want the focus to be primarily on the person (although I could be wrong. Let me know if I am!) I would suggest changing the location so that there's nothing to interfere with the person.
I did like this photo, and will be adding it to my favorites. I hope you found this suggestion helpful, though I won't be depressed if you didn't.
